  Product:  SARS·PLAN

SARS·PLAN is an on-screen calendar/planner with point and click capability. Advisors can schedule and mark their workdays. Administrators can establish the types of days to be worked, the beginning and end dates of the term or year, and the required number of advisor workdays and hours, as well as other scheduling criteria.

SARS·PLAN Features

SARS·PLAN tallies days and hours as advisors enter their work plans. Advisors will know immediately whether they are committing to the requisite number of days and hours. Administrators can consolidate all work plans to evaluate office coverage and then review and approve individual work plans. Administrators can lock the system to prevent changes by advisors after work plans have been approved. Reports displaying advisors' individual and consolidated work plans may be generated for posting.

An add-on Text Messaging component is available that can be used to notify advisors when it is time to create schedules for the next term.

SARS·PLAN Benefits

Advisors can enter their desired schedules for administrative review and approval.
Specially identified "hot" days and other date attributes assist advisors in making selections.
